Black Americana signs - often outright racist
"Colored waiting room", "Negro ocean playground", "No dogs, Mexicans, Negroes"... it's with the many "Black Americana signs" that I tend to have a lot of difficulty. Many, if not most, of them are so incredibly racist that nowadays one is ashamed looking at them. Yet these signs once were part of everyday American society, and I reckon we'd better not forget.
